To teach is to understand that all children are unique, both physically and mentally. To teach is to understand that all children have different needs and your job as a teacher is to meet those needs. To teach is to understand that you are capable of helping a child excel to the best of their abilities.

To teach is to know that you have a chance to change a child's life; to make the difference.
